In order to give you assisted remote support, you will need to grant us access to your computer. We will only use it to interact with tools or files involved in a service configuration. Please install the Chrome Browser before installing Chrome Remote Desktop, follow this link to install.

  1. Visit the following link:
    https://remotedesktop.google.com/u/1/support

  2. If you don't have the Chrome Remote Desktop installed the screen below will appear, click the download button.  Skip to Step 7 if you already have installed the Chrome Remote Desktop tool.  

  3. After this, a new pop-up window will appear. Click on Add to Chrome.


  4. A message window will appear, select Add Extension.


  5. Chrome Remote Desktop is installed now. The following message could be displayed in your Chrome browser.

  6. Visit the following page:
    https://remotedesktop.google.com/u/1/support

    Your screen should appear like this now, select Got It.


  7. Select Generate Code.


  8. Copy the code and send it to the representative.


  9. To start the Remote Session, click on Share.
